The beginnings of a "parallel government"

This trend adds to the current administration's practice of changing policies and legislation (quickly) with little, if any, notice by the people of America. These "czars" have much power but little accountability....hmmm.
I become more and more wary of this President.

I'm not sure how unique this is to this administration...

I feel that both this and the previous administration have done this. This is also why many people were wary of the previous administration as well, such as passing the so called Patriot Act almost overnight, a massive unconstitutional expansion in governmental power.
